Southern Hills invites you to preview their distinctively different course, the only private Pete Dye course in the Tampa area. The terrain is unlike that of any other, with elevations of 60' to nearly 250' and yardages from 5205 to 7557. This phenomenal course opened in early 2006 to rave member reviews. Golfweek has named Southern Hills "One of the Top 50 New Courses in the United States" and "One of the Top 100 Residential Courses in the United States". Greens were inconsistent. Some were pretty sparse, and muddy. This is a great layout. Facilities are terrific. They make you feel welcome. Lunch is great.
